3 Workout Tracks

We’ve designed three different workout tracks for you to choose from, depending on your goal: Fitness, Strength, and Fat Loss.

Printable Workout Logs

There are PDFs of all the workouts, the workout calendars, and training log book so you can keep track of your workouts from anywhere. This makes tracking your progress and knowing exactly what to do when that much easier!

Quick Start Guide

Helping you get started as quickly and easily as possible. Our tips, tricks, and recommendations to help you succeed with the program.

Interval Timers

The workouts have a mix of strength training sections along with mini-workout interval circuits to challenge you metabolically. We’ve made it as easy as possible to follow these by creating pre-programmed Interval Timers for using with the Mini-Workouts.

Exercise Video Library

Videos demonstrating how to do all of the exercises listed, including variations and progressions (ie. beginner, advanced, unweighted, weighted, etc.).

Results to Smile about

While results will vary from person to person, this exercise program is designed to start getting you consistent with your workouts and see success towards your health & fitness goals. It’s time to have fun exercising while also getting the body you want.

What's your goal?

3 Different Workout Tracks to Choose From

Depending on your goal, we’ve programmed three different tracks for your workouts. Each one is two months with the third month being the FINISHER workouts.

Fitness Track

Not sure which track is right for you? This is our recommend first track to kick off your #GamersGetFit workout program! If you haven’t been exercising recently, if you are a beginner or haven’t worked out much, or if you want to ease into the new workout program and focus on consistency first so you can build momentum with your routine then this is the track for you.

Strength Track

If you like strength training and focusing on good technique as you increase weights or reps, this is the track for you. We recommend doing this track after you’ve completed the Fitness track OR if you are experienced with exercising (and using weights) and want to focus on building you overall strength. This is also a good starting place if you’ve been working out a bit but aren’t ready for the intensity of the Fat Loss track.

Fat Loss Track

This track will kick your butt and is only recommend as a starting place for those who have already been exercising regularly and want an extra challenge. The intensity and frequency of the workouts is turned up to 11, and the focus is on conditioning and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style workouts to boost your heart rate. We recommend doing the Fitness or Strength track first and then progressing to the Fat Loss track.

About Heroes of Fitness

Heroes of Fitness is co-founded by two lifelong gamers & fitness professionals, husband and wife team: Timothy Spencer and Nicole Du Cane Spencer. We show how to work out while you play your favorite games. Twitch Partners and influencers for Blizzard’s Heroes of the Storm, we have been featured in Game Informer Magazine and Men’s Health. We also personally stream content creators and streamers including, Sean “Day9” Plott, and have worked with esports teams such as HeroesHearth.

Tim is Senior RKC Kettlebell Instructor, Personal Trainer, and a former PE teacher, Special Ed instructor & Psychiatric Technician and Amateur Rugby Player & Martial Artist.

Nicole is the COO at Dragon Door Publications, Host, RKC Instructor, seen in the Kettlebell Goddess Workout, Nutrition Coach, former Actor, Dancer, and Martial Artist.
